Minors who crossed into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta in North Africa are gathered on Wednesday outside a warehouse used as a temporary shelter as they wait to be tested for COVID-19. The port city of Ceuta lies next to Morocco but falls under Spanish sovereignty. Thousands of migrants, who have become pawns in a diplomatic spat between Morocco and Spain, awoke to an uncertain future on Wednesday, after sleeping wherever they could find shelter following their massive border breach into the Spanish enclave.
